Delivery availability

Delivery is available to locations supported by our delivery partners. Availability for your address is confirmed during checkout.

Shipping charges

Orders below ₹699: ₹65 shipping.
Orders of ₹699 and above: Free shipping.
Cash on Delivery: An additional ₹49 charge applies to eligible COD orders, including orders that qualify for free shipping.

The applicable shipping and COD charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch and delivery times vary depending on product availability, your location and courier operations.

Weather conditions, public holidays and transport disruptions may occasionally cause delays. For assistance with your order’s dispatch or delivery status, please contact us using the details below.

Delivery details

Please provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and an active phone number when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate corrections before dispatch. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order is delayed or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with our delivery partner.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, tampered with or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Please retain the product and packaging while we review the issue. Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
