Ingredients
Cauliflower (Gobhi), Carrot (Gajar), Green Peas (Matar), Green Chilli (Hari Mirch), Cold-Pressed Mustard Oil, Fenugreek Seeds (Methi), Fennel Seeds (Saunf), Kalonji, Yellow Mustard, Black Mustard, Rai, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Asafoetida (Hing), Turmeric, Salt.
Many of the spices are grown on our farm or sourced from nearby Himalayan regions.
How It’s Made
Fresh seasonal vegetables are carefully selected, cleaned, cut, and dried before being blended with cold-pressed mustard oil and freshly ground spices. The pickle is then allowed to mature naturally, helping the vegetables absorb the flavours while retaining their distinctive textures.
