Ingredients
Raw Mango, Cold-Pressed Mustard Oil, Fenugreek Seeds (Methi), Fennel Seeds (Saunf), Kalonji, Yellow Mustard, Black Mustard, Rai, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Asafoetida (Hing), Turmeric, Salt.
Many of the spices are grown on our farm or sourced from nearby Himalayan regions.
How It’s Made
The process begins during mango season when raw mangoes are harvested from the orchard.
The mangoes are washed, sun-dried, and hand-cut in a traditional style before being mixed with cold-pressed mustard oil and freshly ground spices. The pickle is then allowed to mature naturally, giving it the depth, texture, and flavour that only time can create.
