Ingredients
Tender Jackfruit (Kathal), Cold-Pressed Mustard Oil, Fenugreek Seeds (Methi), Fennel Seeds (Saunf), Kalonji, Yellow Mustard, Black Mustard, Rai, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Asafoetida (Hing), Turmeric, Salt.
Many of the spices are grown on our farm or sourced from nearby Himalayan regions.
How It’s Made
Fresh seasonal jackfruit is carefully cleaned, cut into bite-sized pieces, and prepared using traditional methods. It is then blended with cold-pressed mustard oil and stone-ground spices before being allowed to mature naturally, developing its rich texture and layered flavour over time.
